Our company located in Linyi city, Shandong province, a well-known logistics city, covering an area of more than 100,000 square meters. Our company owns advanced manufacturing facilities and inspection equipments, also with high level processing technique. We specialize in researching, developing and manufacturing investment casting products (lost wax craft). In addition, we take the lead in passing ISO9001 : 2008 among the same industry.

  The silicasol lost wax casting production line was setted up in 2007, after importing spectrum analyzer from Germany and the most advanced precision casting facilities in China. For now, monthly output is up to 100-120 tons, with our various product's material includes stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, non-ferrous steel. Such as 303,304,304L,316,316L,1Cr18Ni9Ti,430,440,2205,17-4PH,1008, 1020, 20NiCrMo, 42CrMo4 SUS347,1.4542,non-magnetic stainless steel heat wear resistant steel casting ect. Our products are widely used in  auto parts, mechanical components, pump valve parts, building hardware, cookware, bathroom accessory, medical instrument accessory and crafts, with weight limits 2g-30kg.

   With various inspection facilities, we can analyze chemical components analyzing、microscopic structure and mechanics test. We also have unitized equipment for mechanical machining, electrolysis polishing and heat treatment, to meet different tests of surface treatment .
