　　Linyi Hongsheng Foundry Company (it grew out of Linyi Hongsheng Malleable Iron Company) was established in 1995, with registered capital of 8 million RMB and total investment of 20 million RMB. The company located in Linyi, a well-known Goods distribution center.
　　Linyi Hongsheng Foundry Company owns advanced manufacturing, inspection equipments and high leveled processing technique. We specialize in researching, developing and manufacturing cast iron connections &couplings and mechanical accessories. In addition, we take the lead in passing ISO 90001:2000among the same industry.
　　2007年公司引进德国先进的光谱分析仪和国内先进的精密铸造设备，建立了硅溶胶型中温模料精密铸造生产线。精密铸造一期建筑面积6000余平方米，初期生产规模月产精密铸造件60~80吨，可生产不锈钢、碳钢、合金钢、有色金属等材质的精铸件。目前公司生产的产品涉及汽车零部件、机械零部件、泵阀零部件、建筑五金、石油化工、厨具五金、卫浴五金、医疗器械、体育器材等。涉及材质有：201、202、303、304、304L、316、316L、1Cr18Ni9Ti、430、440、2205、17-4PH、1008、1020、20NiCrMo、42CrMo4及无磁不锈钢等。目前生产的最小铸件重2克，最大铸件重30公斤，铸件最小铸造间隙0.75mm，整体铸件最薄0.15 mm；最长盲孔（直径30 mm）长170mm。公司各种检测设施齐全，可进行化学成分分析、显微组织、力学等检验和试验。有成套的机械加工、电解抛光、机械抛光和热处理设备，对精铸件可进行模具设计与制造、机加工、电解抛光、机械抛光及热处理等。
　　In 2007, we imported spectrum analyzer from Germany and set up silicon colloidal medium-temperature precision cast iron production line. The building area for the first phase is about 4500 square meters and the initial monthly productivity is about 60-80 tons. We can make precision foundry products from stainless steel, carbonic steel, alloy steel, non-ferrous steel, etc. At present, we can do various products ,referring to auto parts ,mechanical components, pump valve parts ,building hardware, petrochemical industry, cooker accessory, bath accessory, medical instrument accessory and sports equipments. The materials include 201,202,303,304,304L,316,316L,1Cr18Ni9Ti,430,440,2205,17-4PH,1008,1020,20NiCrMo,42CrMo4 and non-magnetic stainless steel. The minimum weight of the casting we can do is 2g; the maximum weight is 30kg. The minimum casting space is 0.75m, the thinnest casting we do is about 0.15mm, the longest blind hole (diameter 30mm) is 170mm. We also have various inspection facilities which can do micro organ and mechanics test. The company has unitized equipment for mechanical processing, electrolysis polishing and heat treatment.
